The 108 septum chain is designed to be subtle and delicate. The septum chain is easily attached and removed allowing you to conceal the piercing when desired. The septum chain works with 16 (1.2mm) and 14 (1.6mm) gauge piercings. A 16 gauge (1.2mm) surgical steel septum retainer is shipped with the chain.
